Joseph is Chairman of Decision Systems Inc., and Co-Managing Partner of the IMI-DSI LLC, both information technology consulting firms. Mr. DeBlasi is the former Executive Director and CEO of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and former IBM Director of Standards. In memory of Frank DeBlasi, Sr. (1944-2009), Hoopla Doopla launches Shop for a Cure, a Cancer Donation Program to raise money for cancer research. Shop for a Cure allows Hoopla Doopla members to optionally donate a portion of their cash back earnings to cancer research. All donations made to the program are given to The American Cancer Society.

Hoopla Doopla featured nationwide on Fox News as "Great Way to Save Money Shopping Online".
