All qualifying transactions show up under your Transaction History. Transactions may not be posted for a few reasons. See below.
1. Has it been more than 7-10 days since the
purchase?
In MOST cases you will see your cash back
posted within 10 days of your purchase. In SOME instances, however,
cash back may take up to thirty days for us to post depending on
the merchant. When the merchant credits us for the transaction,
we credit you.
2. Did you use a coupon/promotional code found
elsewhere on the web when you completed the transaction at the
merchants checkout?
As stated in our Terms
of Use and Help/FAQ pages, only coupon/promotional
codes found on Hoopla Doopla may be used on our merchants sites at
checkout. Use of other coupon/promotional codes NOT found on Hoopla
Doopla WILL NOT guarantee cash back on your transaction.
3. Was www.hoopladoopla.com the FINAL click you made before making the purchase on the merchants website?
Having your cookies enabled in your web browser is how we track your purchases with all of our merchants. Cookies log your information each time you click to a merchants website, and the LAST click you make is the one that is recorded. If you visit the merchant directly by typing their web address in your browser, or click to them from another site, we DO NOT have the transaction recorded and cannot credit you cash back. The rule is, the LAST click gets the commission.
4. If you booked travel arrangements, did you
complete the action?
If you book a hotel, rented a car, etc., the
cash back is not rewarded to you on the reservation only. You must
complete the action to be credited. After that, the merchant pays us
the commission. It is at this time that we post the cash back to your
account.
