When you see a transaction posted to your Transactions and Payments page, this means your transaction was complete. It was credited to us by the merchant, and we credited it to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to risks such as fraud purchases, returned merchandise, cancelled orders or other actions you may take to terminate your order, our merchants have a 90 day waiting period for the cash back on your transaction to officially clear. During this 90 day period, if any of the instances listed above occur, our merchants have the option to withdraw the transaction back from us. After 90 days, if no instances occur, the cash back on the transaction posted to your account is officially yours, and will be sent to you on your next quarterly payment. See below.
What are the YELLOW and GREEN bullets next to my transactions?
YELLOW
bullet - A yellow bullet next to your transaction
indicates that the merchant has sent us the cash back for your purchase,
and we posted it to your account. You received your credit for your transaction.
The transaction now has to clear a 90 day "waiting period" (explained above) for
it to clear as cash toward your quarterly payment.
GREEN
bullet - A green bullet next to a transaction indicates that the
90 day waiting period for your transaction has passed, and the cash back amount you earned is
yours! It will be applied to your next quarterly payment that is sent to
you.
