We post ALL reported transaction activity from our merchants to our members accounts made through this site. However, on rare occasions, there are a few reasons cash back for transactions may not be posted to your account. Please see our "Top Questions & Answers" to the right.
When will I hear from Hoopla Doopla about the transaction I just submitted?
You just sent us the necessary information needed to investigate the transaction. Within 2-3 business days, we send your information to the merchant, who then looks into the matter. You will hear from us when we hear from the merchant. This process can take as little as a few days and as long as a few months, depending on the merchants turnaround. In most cases, the transaction will be tracked and credited to you. In some rare cases however, transactions unfortunately cannot be credited to you. Here are some possible reasons.
