Hoopla Doopla posts ALL reported transaction activity made through this site.
On rare occasions, cash back for transactions may fail to post from our merchants.
In addition to the most common instances, there are other reasons the transaction may not have been credited to your account. You may have made the purchase on a computer that did not have cookies enabled in the browser. Cookies are how we track your purchases and shopping activity. Click here for cookie enabling instructions. Another possible reason is that you visited another site right before you made the purchase, and clicked a link to the merchant. In this case, we would not be credited the cash back. The last site you visit before the purchase is the one that gets credited for the sale.
Submission and Follow Up
Submitting a missing transaction will send us the necessary information needed to investigate the transaction. Within 7-10 business days, we send your information to the merchant, who then looks into the matter. You will hear from us when we hear from the merchant. This process can take as little as two weeks and as long as 3 months, depending on the merchant. In most cases, the transaction will be tracked and credited to you. In some rare cases however, transactions unfortunately cannot be credited. (See Known Instances above).
